Scott Wandless has accepted the role of Customer Service Supervisor for the Concord branch. Scott has been in the fire equipment business for over 14 years. Scott’s leadership and excellent customer focus will be a great asset to our organization. Scott will be responsible for the CSR’s and Inside Account Manager’s staff performance as well as for supervising the daily operations of the sales department in Concord.
