Plexi Glass Panels resist impact and will not shatter. Plexi glass is shipped with a protective plastic blue film coating which is removed just before installation; protecting the glass surface from scratching. Plexi glass is used in areas where there is possibility for breakage such as gymnasiums and parking garages.
All glass is dangerous if not treated with extreme care. Proper safety procedures should be followed at all times and appropriate safety attire should be worn during installation. Approved safety eye glasses, safety bibs and safety gloves are essential during installation. National Fire Equipment is not responsible for injury as a result of broken glass.
